fresh cod fillets,how to cook

i have been given a freshly caught cod,it has been deheaded etc and am left with 2 large fillets,how would you cook them?i want them for tea tonight but cant get to shop for fancy ingredients so will have to make do!also if i did them in batter do i just dip them in flour?i only have plain flour is that ok?thanks any help greatly recieved!!

I would microwave them, pure and simple, serve with boiled or mashed potatoes, peas, and HP sauce.
you could also cook in foil parcels with onions butter in the oven.Mmmm and seasoning of course
This is probably too late for your tea but it is very good. Place in foil and bake in oven on 200 for 20 minutes with lemon zest and juice and chopped pasley. This is a favourite and is delicious served with mayo and sweet potato wedges (also cooked in oven for same length of time)
