i need to use passata in a recepie what is it

Yep not ketchup though lol, you will get it most supermarkets its just sieved tinned tomatoes no lumps

Passata is sieved tomatoes. You can buy it in a bottle/jar from any of the supermarkets. Personally, use the Morrisons or Asda cheap own branded ones. I use it when makein bolognese, chilli and soups etc. You can also use it as a tomato sauce for pizza toppings.

Passatta is pureed tomatoes which you'll find in the supermarket near the tomato puree etc. Usually comes in a jar or carton
