Quark

Anyone got any tried and tested recipes using quark (no, not the bloke on Star Trek, the cheese thing!)
I wondered if it could be used for a creamy chicken sauce to go with pasta or something like that??

I cooked this recipe as the non creamy version, at it was lovely. It recommends using quark to make a creamy version, which sounds good too.

I have an Apple iBook running US version Quark 5.0 - is there nay way I can open UK version Quark 4.0 files? When I load them onto the iBook, it doesn't seem to recognise that they're Quark files at...

Quark - Urgent help needed

A friend has I put in a new hard drive and installed it. Some fonts are showing in Windows and not in Quark? Does Quark take the fonts from Windows or should they be installed ina seperate folder...
