dad got a Cooking \blow torch for his birthday, other than Creme Brulee, does anyone know of any recipes that can also be made, where the blow tourch i used. TIAx

i use mine for peeling tomatoes, instead of putting them in boiling water, if i'm making a ratatouille. keeps them firmer. and brulee of course. but other than that, i really don't know.
