I know someone that has recently gotten into trouble for an aggravated assault in texas. He was arrested for it on a saturday but released from a county jail that monday. I spoke with him up until that wednesday then he just kind of disappeared after that. I also need to note that the offender is also a trained fighter and is considered to be a weapon so i believe he would recieve a harder punishment. Is it a strong possibility that the other party involved has pressed charges and that he's sitting in a prison facility for this?
