By the way youve spelled 'neighbors' your not of the Emerald Ilse, neither is your name for that matter but hey, if you can say 'Erin go Brach' (might have got that a bit wrong)put green food colouring in your beer, wear a lepricorn hat and dance outside Macy's department store, then yes for one day only you can qualify as being Irish HOWEVER to qualify as being English, well that takes a whole new criteria
