does anyone know of a musle cereal alternitive without fruit as I love musle but without the fruit.

Why not make your own with a mixture of oats, bran flakes and cornflakes,add a little sugar probably caster is best and whatever mixed nuts you like. Bob's your aunty!!

Try an oat base with sunflower, linseed, sesame, poppy, pumpkin seeds, hazel nuts, brazils, walnuts, almonds, flaked coconut, cashews. Nice with yogurt.
