just wanted to share with you an amazing pudding i had at my mum's yesterday - she made an apple and rasberry crumble with oats and pine nuts in the crumble, topped with demerara sugar and flaked almonds, never thought of putting pine nuts in a crumble, but it worked!!

For my crumble topping i always use museli.. the nutty, fruity ones work best!!
