The definition of self-raising flour is flour to which baking powder has been added. "About 1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt have been added during milling for every cup of flour". I dont know if will work though but just thought i'd give you the info i know?? Hope this helps a little in making up you mind??
