pork and egg luncheon meat

Hello,

I am planning to make Pork & Egg Luncheon Meat sandwiches.

Can anyone reccommend a salad, sauce or relish that will comliment this meat?

How about a nice spicy tomato relish.
Heinz do a good one in a squeezy bottle.
Very tangy.

red onion marmalade on one slice of bread, and coleslaw on the other. i quite often have that combination on a sandwich, with whatever filling in the middle.
