Hi Roaldo no there wasn't an instruction book with it ,only some information telling the gas fitter how to put it in.Many thanks for you reply.
Generally, the top oven is a conventional oven, as the other reply says, and the bottom will be fan assisted. This means that the top oven will be just like any other oven you have had before (if gas of course and if not fan assisted!). Fan assisted ovens generally take less time to cook - about 10 mins per hour in my oven - or just turn the temp down a notch to be the same cooking time as the instructions say. They do say that in a fan assisted oven, it doesn't matter where you place the food as the temp is constant. In my experience, this is not the case. In conventional ovens, the top is the hottest. In my fan assisted, the middle is the hottest! Best test is roast potatoes to find out! Good luck!

It is possible that the manufacturer has an online manual you can download from the internet.
