I'm trying to track down some biscuits that my gran has been going on about. They have a biscuit base and coconut on the biscuit and then coated in chocolate. A bit like a bounty bar with a biscuit in it, I think. Does anone have any idea what they are and where I would get them? She thinks they got them from Asda but she doesn't know if they were in the biscuit or cakes section and I asked yesterday and all I got was blank looks all round from the staff. I'd be soooooo grateful for any suggestions xxxx

Thanks make me smile, I saw these yesterday as well, but they dont have the biscuit base. I'm not entirely convinced that she hasn't dreamt about these rather than actually buying them!!!!!

I think you are after chocolate covered Kimberley biscuits by Jacobs look in the around the world food section as they are a fav. of all my Irish contacts. Our local Budgens stocks them is there one near you to have a peep?
My gran got us coconut macaroons. Seems the same as the ones you're thinking of.
I think you want crimbles, and you can get them without chocolate, or half coated, and they're lovely, I buy a packet most weeks. There's about 8 in a packet, and cost around 1. Can be found in tesco
