Cookery courses Cheshire

Hey,

Does anybody know of any cookery courses in Cheshire - I can't seem to find any, the local college does an evening class, but I was looking for maybe a day or weekend course in the basics. I know there is a vegetarian cookery school in Altrincham, but living with 'meat' men, I can't really see them appreciating that one!!
