I am planning to do chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon and cooked in the oven tonight.

I have only done it once before and I put lots of cocktail sticks through the chicken to keep it together but is there any other way I could keep the cheese from cooking out?

Wrap the cheese in a thin slice of ham before you put it in the chicken?
Question Author
I'm wrapping it in bacon
I understood that chazza - but I don't think a thin slice of deli type ham would detract from the flavor of the bacon, cheese or chicken - and would make the cheese less likely to run out of the chicken breast. Short of trussing the chicken breast - wraping the cheese is the only way I can think of it not running a bit.
you could flatten the breast, hammer between two peices of clingfilm, put cheese in,roll it up,then coat with raw egg mix then bread crumbs, that may prevent the problem
