Pizza tomato sauce

I watched Heston Blumenthal making pizza this week. He dried tomato halves in the oven but I didn't catch how long he cooked them for. I do know that he cooked them on a low heat, 180C which is about gas 3.

Does anyone know how long hee cokked the tomatos for?

Jugglering

110 deg C for 4 hours, turning them over half way through.
