its made with:

2 medium cucumbers (or 1 long hothouse cucumber), peeled and diced or shredded 3 sprigs fresh mint, chopped, plus more for garnish
2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 cups plain yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil Salt

Combine ingredients in a bowl or a food processor. They can be blended, but the sauce should remain somewhat chunky. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled (at least one hour before serving), then garnish with mint and a drizzle of olive oil.

Never seen tzaziki with diced cucumber.
