We buy this milk because we prefer it, but over the weekend 3 pints have curdled, is anyone else having this problem during the hot weather ?

Yep, it might seem obvious but many people don't think to turn the coldness up in their fridges too.
piamaria - why do we need to 'turn the coldness up'? The setting its on will keep it at a constant temperature and shouldn't be affected by temperature outside.
We buy organic milk directly from a local farm and it is not homogenised and however long a date is on the carton, we also have a problem with it `going off` in very hot and humid weather. Assuming that you are buying from a supermarket or health food store, the problem may start from their storage conditions before you buy it.
