Pretty sure its on the back of cigarettes and bottles of spirits too.
So remember when you smoke & drink, you are doing it for her majesty !!!!
From the FAQ at royalwarrant.org:
Q: ...do any tobacco companies have Royal Warrants?
A: Only two - Cigarettes and cigars are purchased only to offer official visitors many of whom smoke.

The warrant was removed from Benson & Hedges and Silk Cut cigarettes in 1999.

The two companies that do have warrants are James J Fox & Robert Lewis, and John Player (both granted by the late Queen Mother). The Royal Warrant is cancelled five years after the Grantors death, and these will therefore be cancelled next March.

In the directory at royalwarrant.org there is no category for tobacco. I found James J Fox & Robert Lewis listed in the "Fuel and combustible materials" category!

Company JAMES J FOX & ROBERT LEWIS
Grantor HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother
Legend Cigar Merchant

I didn't find anything for John Player in the directory.

There are 45 listings for alcohol in the directory.
