Mango Salsa?

chop up mango with red chili, lime juice, salt, coriander leaves and a bit (tiny) of garlic. Lovely with grilled chicken.
Hi StyliS - http://www.astray.com/recipes/?search=mango for 600+ and 50 here: http://www.chefs.com/Recipes/SearchResults.asp x?search=mango or see: http://chef2chef.net/search/menuc.php?search=m ango for 150.

Use it in savoury as well as sweet; in salsas; with meats - pork and chicken go well; add to sweet breadsd; make a smoothie; make a jam; make a pavlova . . . . have fun!
hi,
I've just started weaning my baby and he LOVES mango. I put it in the blender and pour it into ice cube trays and stick it in the freezer. He has a couple of cubes in his porridge from time to time- you could do the same!

home-made mango cheese-cake .....yummy
i do a chicken salad with:

cooked chicken, mango, avocado, lettuce, walnuts, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

or make mango ice cream

mango cheesecake

chicken and mango curry
My baby loves pureed mango too- but it's great on icecream. What about smoothies?
Mango Lassi (or Lasse sometimes)

Here's a recipe

Ingredients;

850g of Mango Pulp (or chopped up mango)
425g Natural Yogurt (preferably live and set)
1 Tablespoon of Sugar (optional)
Milk (between 1 and 5 cups)
A Handful of Ice cubes (or crushed ice)

The milk affects the thickness, I use 1 to 2 cups to get a milkshake-like consistancy.

Directions

1) Throw it all in a blender and Whiz it about.
2) Put the Ice in into a 1 Litre jug and pour over the mix
3) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
4) Stir before serving.

Now I personally whiz the mixture including the ice cubes that way it doesn't have to go in the fridge. Lots of different variations around.
