They're best just done in the microwave in their skins, for about 4 minutes, then check if they are soft and if not, put them on for a while longer.

Cut in half and put a knob of butter and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on top of each half while still hot. The skin shoud come away easily

Microwaving is healthier because nutrients are dissolved in water and destroyed by heat, and the microwave oven does not use/require these.

i put them in the oven like a baked potato

you can also make sweet potato mash

sweet potato oven chips

sweet potato crisps

sweet potato pie

roast sweet potato

all yummy and healthy

Try roasting some sweet potatoes, carrots, mixed peppers, red onions and mushrooms in some olive oil with rosemary. You might need to cut the carrots into slightly smaller pieces as they take a little longer to cook. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with either couscous or rice and a fresh sweet pepper sauce. Yum!

Souffle, soup, roast. mash. boil, chips, fries, puree, grated, rosti, stewed, grilled, in pies - sweet and savoury - candied, curried, jacket, in breads and cakes, whipped and casseroled. Just about any way you like with the little darlings.

I hope you mean sweet potatoes as I don't fancy sweaty ones!
