Can I cook Prawns from frozen? If so what is the best way? Are there any risks of food poisoning?

Defrost for 5 mins under cold running water in a colander or seive if you want to cook straight away.


You can cook from frozen, but the flavour will be pretty useless.


Best to buy shell on, not shelled as well, for the same reason. It only takes a moment to take off the shell and devein, and you do get a better result.
