Prawn Biryani

Does anyone have a good Prawn Biryani recipe, preferably with the measurements in grams as opposed to cups.

It doess not need to be easy but I would like it to be authentic quite saucy and nice and spicy.

There's a King Prawn Biryani recipe here which looks delicious. (It's got all of my favourites; Ginger, cinnamon, cumin, chillies, . . . ooh, lovely!):
