My bloke used a creatine supplement for about six months after his injury and he built up alot of muscle, but then when he stopped, he had a bad blood test, as the creatine does something to the muscles and then when this starts to break down cos u have stopped taking it, it shows up in your blood as something, forgot what! No help really eh? All I would say is use it in moderation and do not use it for any long period of time.
