Garlic, body odour, strong cheese, any really strong cooking smells, cottage cheese and chives, and honey.

The smell of superiority

Vinegar!

Oh I love vinegar!

You can't help what trips your nostalgia trigger.

Tories

Whisky, with or without the e.

Sour milk

Stale sweat - and i mean STALE!

Hops being brewed - at least that's what i think it is. I live near a brewery and once or twice a week the air is thick with this smell. Seems i can't escape it as i used to live near the Sto-Mike coffee factory as a kid and the smell is very similar.

Sweaty socks and burnt human flesh.

Funnily enough, Retro, i was never bothered by the smell of burnt flesh. Granted, i have only ever smelled it on 4 occasions (Ireland - 70s). Maybe it would bother me nowadays?
