Roast pork & roast potatoes, veg etc - yummm!!
We've been to a sheep fair today and were going to have BBQ but its gone dark and cold, so cancelled. Plan B is chicken breasts out of freezer, baked with fresh tarragon, lemon & garlic. I've done some dauphinois potatoes and will cook the carrot batons that were supposed to be for the dips at the BBQ with some garden peas and finish with parsley.
How do you do your mutton?

I got to make my chicken curry tonight RH woohooo and it was just what I needed :) (I was too tired to cook it yesterday )

Haddock fish cakes, chips & peas!!
There are a lot of recipes on youtube. If you search for murgh, gosht or meen curry (rather than the English words) you get more authentic recipes from India (some of them in English or with subtitles).
