I know my appetite is poor, I just really struggle to eat a proper meal and I don’t know why , but I told a friend what I ate yesterday, which was a good day, and she actually thought I was winding her up.
Breakfast - 2 ice pops.
Lunch - 2 yoghurts
Dinner - tin of chicken soup. (Ate most of it)
Drinks - loads of water, some milk, some orange juice.
About normal Smow. Sometimes I’ll have a period of being starving so I’ll have lots of big teas but generally I eat v badly (I don’t eat with everyone else, I make them eat properly).

2 glasses of wine, 2 coffees and one tea - and two glasses of Adam;s Ale (water)
You need to see someone professional over this Smow - as your diet is not healthy. I normally have at least 7 portions of veg.fruit...yesterday the salad was quite considerable as was the large half a chicken, hence full in the evening
Purdue I’m average size 14. Have been told a million times I don’t eat enough and body is in ‘starvation mode ‘ but I’m genuinely not hungry. It’s weird.
You posted recently about your insomnia and memory lapses. I think you need to make some alterations to your diet if what you have just posted is typical of what you are eating. You don't have to sit down to a six-course meal every day just get some help with your nutrition.
Pot of kenyan tea, one piece of seeded toast with poached egg and bacon. Mid afternoon - a bit of homemade rice pudding to use it up, lamb, potatoes, swede, sprouts and stuffing. Couple of biscuits because someone gave me a box of them but wouldnt usually eat them (they were M&S and had chocolate on them so I couldn't resist)
Shereddies for breakfast. 4 slices of cheese on toast for lunch. Meatballs in Bolognese sauce and pasta for me tea. Cheese and biscuits for me supper, washed down with a good slug of malt whisky.
