I saw this and felt saddened - used to watch with my kids - they'll be upset too. R.I.P.. :(
Pixie, when I was growing-up Sooty used to live near us at Guisely. We would wave at his house when Dad was driving us to an aunt's on Christmas Day. I believe he is still hale and hearty. :)
