Aye, ease off a bit for a few weeks doing gentle exercises in the meantime.
I had to give the badders a rest years ago because of what I thought were dodgy knees.
Three visits to a sports physio, ultrasound, heat treatment and regular knee bends for two months and I've never looked back.
On reflection I should probably have asked him to look at my neck too, save carrying my complicated rear-view mirror system everywhere. :-)
