Pubs in London became allowed to open all day in 1987, 70 years after licencing laws were introduced to get people back to work during the 1st World war. But can anybody remember the actual Date?

Remind me please, what's a pub?
i think it's a place where rich folk go if they fancy a pint ...
Unless its a Wetherpersons, where quite poor people can go and get completely p****d !
They are a near extinct thing, many boarded up, or converted to drive through fast food establishments these days. Although some have converted to restaurants of adequate standard.
