Nothing yet!! I cannot face eating first thing in the morning. Will have brunch though.

Decaf and cream...won't eat til noon/1pm. I never eat until I've been up a few hours. If it's breakfast at work,it will be Greek yogurt and berries.

I find it difficult to eat first thing also, Pasta. I have to have several cups of hot water before I can think about eating.

I couldn't eat breakfast in bed.
