Unless you've got some sort of addiction to eggs (or an allergy to them), I doubt that it's possible to exceed any sort of 'safe limit' with eggs. Eggs seem to be one of the few things which we eat which only have benefits, with no 'downside' to them. (Just my luck: When I finally find something that's good for me it has to be something I don't like! I hate eggs!).

Quote from BBC website:
"Eggs contain all eight essential amino acids, making them a perfect source of protein. However, you'd have to eat at least eight eggs a day to get all the protein you need. Be sensible; include them as part of a balanced and varied diet."

They're quite cholesterol-ey though. And can make you fart something horrible (well, my feller does anyway)
200!

A while back some smart @rsed politician said to eat no more than two eggs a week. Nowadays I think that's the daily limit for meat eaters, but if you're a vegetarian you can have more than that as you don't eat any other animal protein.

Obviously a varied diet is best though - why eat eggs every single day when there are other yummy foods to try?

And I bet you blame it on the dog when your feller's not around, Piper-AK !

;o)

Id heard it was 4, could be wrong though
brachiopod, you cheeky hound! how did you know?
Because, my dear AK, I'm an invertebrate of the world, and I know Missus Pod would blame the pet echinoderm in the same situation.
(Know what I mean - a nod's as good as a wink to a blind bivalve)
