We just got our BT Vision bill halved for the next year for a cock-up that was their fault.

Try 0800 400 456 then press 2 then star. It frightens the system but you get through a human being!

Thank you all so much. All sorted now. It's my Mum's phone which has the fault. It's really not their day; in the night some lowlife has bashed in the rear window on my Dads little car. It's really upset them. Both 83 bless them. I know it sounds awful, but it made it less scary to learn that about 7 or 8 cars have had the same treatment. At least it's not personal:-(

We had a very nice CSO round earlier on and he said it's not very likely theyll catch the culprits. Luckily, yesterday, our friends were visiting so I moved my car off the front and put it on the drive, otherwise mine would have got bashed too!

Probably a few young lads that had managed to get a sniff of the bar maids apron ( Christmas season and all that ), horseshoes. But you never know they still might get caught especially if they have another session.
