Prices Of Everyday Items 1965?

I've Googled this time and again and really cannot find much relating to prices of food, beer, wine, petrol, houses, cars etc etc. Is there a specific site that anyone knows of where I can find these please as I'm trying to make up something for a Golden Wedding Anniversary? Thanks in advance for your help.

I will try Douglas, thanks for that. I guess what I'm looking for is like a list for that year where they give prices for food, bread etc and the rest. I really thought it might be easier than it is,I wonder why no one has put something like that on a site for recent social history stuff.

I haven't found very much at all in a comprehensive list of food items, just a few random things. Just enquiring then, has anyone a clue as to the price of a loaf and a pound..as it was then...of potatoes please in 1965? Cheers for any help.
