Back of the shelf I think. Eat the fruit whole. Then you get all the fibre etc. If you juice it you're taking in sugar, basically.
Ideally you'd be juicing vegetables with a little fruit added to sweeten slightly.
You get all of the benefits of the veg but lose out on the exercise from chewing.
crikey, that's the only exercise I get too.
A nutribullet is not like a traditional juicer...supposedly you get the fibre also. But be careful...as you'll end up eating way more sugary fruit,as opposed to having one or two pieces.
I'd stick to whole fruit.

thanks for your replies - that's my mind made up - back of the shelf LOL.

can't eat the fruit like I used to do with the false buck teeth.
You could add veg too. And if you can't eat veg like you used to...
{Sigh}
If you can't eat fruit ...
As Pasta says the Nutribullet doesn't juice it liquidises. We have one and basically I use it to get my 5 a day as I don't normally eat much fruit. We use the grinder blade first for sunflower/pumpkin seeds/ nuts etc. then add a banana, various berries, apple (skin on) and usually a handful of spinach. Top it up with water or rice/almond milk and you have a tasty smoothie for breakfast. If you measure out the portions as recommended for you 5 a day then you shouldn't have to worry about too much fruit sugar. We also use ours for grinding spices and making curry pastes as we make a lot of Indian and Asian food. If you search the net there are plenty of nutribullet recipes.
There are a number of these things with names starting Nutri... Make sure you know which one you are contemplating purchasing.
