For dinner tonight,

Mince, glug of tomato ketchup, smokey paprika, worcester sauce, fried onions, garlic....

Am i missing anything (no chillies please) ?

Butter, I know sounds awful but makes them lovely and moist.

Bit late, sorry - for next time add just a little mustard. I don't fry my onions first, I cut them very finely instead, but I'll try the fried idea.
