Could this latest outbreak mean the supply of turkeys at Christmas will be restricted?

Can we be that lucky?
There is no outbreak. One duck on one farm was found to be infected so all the ducks have been destroyed. Hopefully that has contained it.
You can bet at the very least the prices will go sky high.
I'm going to buy a frozen one in tomorrow, just in case.

yeah but no but .... the outbreak concerns chicken farms....

Turkeys apparently are not affected ( you turkey )

Nut roast makes a perfectly acceptable dinner. With Christmas crackers, paper hats, and a couple of bottles of wine most wouldn't notice the difference.
