I always said (before I met nibble) that if I met anyone else, I wanted them to have their own house and do their own ironing... :-)

We've got a new support group round here, Men in Sheds http://www.ageuk.org.uk/professional-resources-home/services-and-practice/health-and-wellbeing/men-in-sheds/

and of course.... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fifty-Sheds-Grey-ebook/dp/B0096BJCAI

Oh gosh....it seems to have worked...thanks, Tony...x

When I bought my last house I inherited a man......he and his wife lived over the back but she was very, very houseproud and didn't want him messing up the house all day when he retired.

So he moved into one of the barns at the bottom of our garden....complete with a cat flap for a cat he adopted for company....
He cooked on the little fire in the barn and was a really happy soul....☺
Haha, have to admit my OH does all that tinkering, although he does it in the garage.

Boxy...the first time I saw a poster for...Men in Sheds...was in Ireland in the summer.....

Lord..did my heart skip a beat....♥

Having witnessed men who are completely lost when left on their own I think schemes like this are a good thing...x

Ohhhh, I do love my shed and garage.
I think we should have two sheds, his and hers
I'd agree once someone invented a spider free shed. OH gives the whoppers pet names, to ensure I stay out I reckon.
Prudie, a shed ain't a shed without spiders !.
^ man talk
LOL. but you know I'm right.
"Prudie, a shed ain't a shed without spiders !. "...or pornography! :-)
complete with a cat flap for a cat he adopted for company....

i'm convinced that should have read 'a flat cap for a cat'

"...or pornography! :-)

I didn't want to mention that, rusty ;-)
seems like a good idea to me, but didn't that ex policeman's wife set light to the shed with hubby inside or am I mixing it up with a tv play ? We [ sadly now just me] have a big shed its like a mini supermarket where I store all my supermarket 2 for 1 bargains +freezer & tumble dryer, no room for a man I am afraid.
Question Author
Honestly, Dee!!! Freezer in shed....tumble dryer in shed....man in shed??? No contest!...☺
