Heinz Tinned Soup

I can remember when cans of Heinz's soup said that up to a third of a can of water could be added. Anybody else remember this ? Any idea of when this was left off the cans.

I think it still applies to the condensed tins seabrook,i'm sure i remember doing myself some not so long ago!Or maybe i imagined it!!

I don't remember Heinz soup saying this, but Campbells soup was/is condensed so you could definitely add water to them

I think this was Campbell's condensed soups too - although that was one can of soup plus one can of water.
