Vegan- Eating Out In South East Essex

Can anyone recommend a nice place for eating out in the evening for a family that includes one vegan? It doesn't have to be a vegan restaurant, it just needs to be able cater for vegans, thanks.

I don't think there are many vegans in Essex so I wouldn't get too excited.

Not surprising really - I've never seen a healthy-looking vegan.
