Blackberries!

The blackberries in the garden are doing so well this year. I have frozen some, made mousse, stewed some and made 13 jars of jam already! But I wish the apples were ready now, too as we love blackberry and apple crumble.
Has anyone any advice as to what else I can do with this glut? I've already given some away to neighbours and Mr Blackbird!

Freeze even more. We have just eaten a lovely crumble made from the last of last year's pickings
You could also make a coulis to have with ice cream or other desserts - it`s freezable as well http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3118/blackberry-coulis
