Has anyone used the delivery to store service? do they send you an email to tell you that the order is ready for collection?

Thanks :)

I haven't used that option but (if you've given a mobile number) they text and email you when your order's ready to collect in store.

Thanks Robinia, they have my mobile number. The confirmation email is very light on info, it just said that delivery dates could not be guaranteed.
Maybe they say that to cover themselves. They've always been really good for home delivery for me, my courier's a creature of habit I know what time she'll be here. I doubt I'll ever bother with store delivery.

I've never used Next online before and as I'll be going to the shopping centre next week I thought I'd save myself £4 in delivery charges :)

I'm just a tad concerned as they said 7 days for delivery, is that usual? I'd have thought stock could be with a store sooner than that. I just know I'll get an email saying that they don't have what I want.
Is it clothes or a larger/homeware item? Occasionally something won't be available for next day delivery but when they say 7 days for example it's usually less than that. They let you know when it's on the way.
Oop! Already answered! x
Lol Elina, can't you see through that steaming coffee?
Robinia, that could be it! ;0) x

Thank you ladies. Robinia, it's clothing, hopefully it'll come in a bit early then :)
