What are your most annoying adverts on television?
For me it is the meercats advert, and Barbara Windsor with her bingo advert. I switch off mentally as soon as these two come on.
I watch hardly any telly, so I'm not well-qualified to answer here but there is just one ad that really drives me up the wall:

;-)
For me its undoubtedly the sight of Neil the Sloth as that is my name,Neil that is,and I usually sit where he does, though I must confess I dont spend 18 hours up a tree asleep...
I love the meerkats ads, especially the one where he tries to take the toys from Oleg. The inventor (is that the correct word) of these ads deserve an award.
Ads that make reference to a glass instead of a specific amount. Cadbury Dairy Milk for instance. A glass and a half (of milk) in every half-pound. What complete codswallop. Why has this not been outlawed by the regulators? How big is the glass in question? Is it the one my great aunt sips sherry from, or the Bavarian stein that will swallow up two half-litre cans of beer?
I don't watch the adverts anymore I flick it onto 'talksport' whilst there on, see what they're chatting about. (Seems to be a lot of golf lately) Yawns
My favourite is the Oreo with the little girl showing her dad how to eat the biscuit then catching him trying to have one. Another is the ham and lettuce sandwich. I think they are really funny.
I know you're asking for annoying adverts, but the one I love, which unfortunately isn't shown very often, is the Cadbury's chocolate one with the office man on hold on the phone listening 'Yes sir I can Boogie' ... I will admit to having a bit of a crush on him!
Oh and I quite like the Maltesers advert too, where the fella passes his girlfriend a malteser on the end of a straw - I love the look on his face at the end, always makes me smile.
