Mp3 Players

being a bit behind the times at 84 I have just indulged myself with an mp3 player, but i cannot understand how to transfer music from the laptop onto it.I know i have an instruction book but it seems to ask me to click on icons which i do not seem to have. I put in the leads as told but nothing is transferred from Real player.My player is a Kubik evo, supposed to be good.
