Has anyone used Lakeland Yogurt machine? And is it any use? A bit wary of powered milk stuff but maybe it is more natural??

I know several people who have the EasiYo maker, and they all love it. As far as I know, you can also make yogurt in the traditional way in it without using the packets. I may try it myself.
Easy Yo is totally brilliant stuff.

Thanks to all. Off to Lakeland today to buy it.
Yes, I've used one quite successfully, using basic ingredients of milk and yoghurt.
All you need is a large neck Thermos flask and a thermometer, thats all I use. Perfect every time.
Oh! and fresh milk and a spoonful of fresh natural yoghurt.
^^^ That's just the way I've done it also. Someone gave me an easiyo recently...I may try using it instead of the Thermos...one day.
The problem with the Easio method is it is quite expensive compared to buying a pot of natural yoghurt as a starter. once you have the starter to make your first batch you then just keep back a couple of spoonfulls of each batch to make the next one. so the only cost from then on is the milk. I often used the Easio flask but would never buy the Easio powder mix.
I wouldn't use the powdered mix either. The whole point of making your own is getting real, unprocessed yogurt.
