Are you near to a branch of Waitrose? You can buy agar agar and near Cheese there.

If not try Holland and Barrett, you are likely to find both there.

And if all else fails Google for your local Whole Foods store.
Agar agar is also sold by Lakeland.

Holland & Barrett don't sell vegan cheese online (although they do have a vegan cheese sauce mix) but it could be worth checking for chilled food cabinets in their stores.
I believe all the big supermarkets (including the Co-Op) sell vegan cheese these days but agar agar might be harder to find.

Most supermarkets will probably stock vegetarian cheeses (i.e. made with a rennet substitute) but I can't recall ever seeing any vegan cheeses (i.e. made without milk).
Ooops! Sorry, you can tell I'm a horrible carnivor, can't you?
Surely vegan (as opposed to vegetarian) cheese is an oxymoron.
I see that Amazon has a variety of vegan cheeses on sale.
To be honest I would imagine all of the larger supermarkets will have agar agar and soya cheese on sale.
