Rocket salad with chargrilled asparagus or artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, purple onion and balsamic dressing.

I usually add rocket salad to the top of the tart after cooking. The asparagus and cherry tomatoes sounds lovely. May have to do a side bowl with new potatoes to fill everyone up though! Thank you for your suggestions.

Or sweet potato mash and broccoli if you're wanting seasonal veg. Even roast potatoes, parsnips and sprouts would work.
