has any one tried this ? my granddaughters love them but don't want them two days on the trot so thought I might make some and give my daughter some to freeze too.

T'internet says To freeze a soufflé, fill the soufflé dish with the soufflé mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until solid. Wrap in foil and freeze for up to 1 month. To bake a frozen soufflé, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake it at 175°C for about 1 hour, or twice as long as you would bake an unfrozen soufflé. - See more at:...
