is far from posh...just slightly off the wall with great food.

At a recent show Sarah Millican asked for tweets about hotels to stay in while in London. The daughter, who was at the show, tweeted my favourite one as being great.

The result of this is that she has won a stay and dinner at the hotel...not bad eh....but how do I get her to donate the prize to her poor, hard up, pensioner of a mother?......☻

Lord...I went to B. Palace once, Psyb...not by choice....what a flippin' day out that was....Mind you things went so pearshaped it was great fun and the young policeman was really sweet...eventually.
That was the day I ended up sitting in a puddle and learned the advantage of having spare knicks in the bag....☺

I've stayed there.....I think I enjoyed it but was totally trollied by the end of the night on Cava and brandy........

Eccles....the chair in my room had a statue of the Virgin Mary surrounded by flowers on it...and don't you love all the masks and scary things!
