As above.

Take one round of golf over 18 holes of a relative mountain goat course...rather beautiful, though it left me bushed.

Then in nungate land, farm duck breast, sautéed for 3 mins a side, 10 minutes rest, sliced and mixed with shallots and cherry toms that have also been sliced off, a smidge of rosemary, plenty of black pepper and into fresh pasta, along with a green blé salad, blé, touch of rocket, watercress and rocket, a home-made dressing of Scots honey mustard, maple syrup, basalmic and the a reasonable olive oil with chives........the salad also to go with a nice, 'melting, Somerset brie, ash goats cheese from Moody's, dolce gorgonzola and Saint Vernier, a wine washed cheese, the question is what dessert should I think about?

I have my ideas, the best answer to that appeals most...........no bananas though, as Lady J also endorses and many know.

The wine a bottle of organic Terra Viva Merlot, from Waitrose Morningside, and very 'soft'.

Look forward to the responses.

Sicilian lemon cheesecake, with fresh strawberries on the side,
add a glass of decent champagne, dunk the strawberries in it momentarily, the tang is delicious, eat cheesecake as you go...

When are you heading to Ecosse, psybbo....? Presume it is for an Ayr meet, or that is what Albs thought. It's a shame that we hadn't crossed with our dates over here.
