I have a yamaha 50cc neos scooter with only 900 miles on the clock;haven,t ridden it for a while,but start it up regularly,letting it run;been working fine except the other morning,could get nothing out of it;even the kick start was completely jammed.Anyone with a mechanical bent  know what the problem is,and what i could do to fix it?

Being a 50cc engine, my assumption is it's a two stroke engine.  If you can't move the kick starter to get it to turn over, it's not a good sign.  My first guess, with no more informaiton at hand, is that you didn't check the oil level in the oil tank and it may have been empty during the last run before this event, or, if you mix the oil/gas before filling the tank that the oil/gas mixture was incorrect. In any case, not being able to "revolve" the engine sounds serious, since this is a relatively simple engine... Best of luck though!
